I am a compassionate, open-minded and genuine associate therapist,  helping children, teens, and adults find more confidence, connection, and enjoyment in life.

Working under the supervision of Tamar Colen, LCSW (#22944), I provide care for individuals and their families looking for support navigating challenges in life, including those experiencing difficulties related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, social relationships, and perfectionism.

I have come to accept that life is a journey, and it is the power of connection that enriches our lives with meaning, healing, personal growth, and deepens our relationship with ourselves. My approach is to create a space for others to feel safe in processing life challenges and emotions, which are often complicated, confusing or even conflicting.

 

I believe therapy is a collaborative process, tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each individual. Together we will work towards understanding the issues causing distress while recognizing and building on your strengths that will empower will you to make decisions towards the change you wish to see in your life and the development of the practical skills to help you reach your goals.
